Our Mission
Here at The Brilloco Institute, Inc. we aim to bridge the gap between the corporate sector and unemployed individuals with disabilities. While simultaneously assisting with the transition from high school to college, as well as from college to professional life. We identify strong matches between the two, and provide support and consultation services as needed to promote long-term job success.
In addition, The Brilloco Institute, Inc. is committed to educational excellence, through finance and economic studies to help ensure the best possible matches. Not only do we offer employment services but we also offer educational services that are channeled to each individual whether through tutoring services, or making the transition into financial or other economic fields.

The Brilloco Institute, Inc is built on more than just monetary value or pure talent; the brand has been built through consistency. That has stuck with us as a brand ever since we began back in the summer of 2014 as a small business consultant company.
The Brilloco Institute was established in 2014 by financier and economist, Denzel Thomas. Based in Lakeland and serving the Florida inner-city communities, we have made it our mission to help improve the lives of over 1000 teenagers. We draw on our industry experience and innovative research to understand how today's workplace is shaped and to help individuals transition into successful employment.
